Workers' Compensation CourtThe Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma
The Workers' Compensation Court is made up of ten Judges. This limited jurisdiction tribunal considers cases involving on-the-job injuries occurring while an employee is within the scope of employment. Appeals from the Workers' Compensation Court are to the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
