AN ACT RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH; AMENDING SECTION 1,
CHAPTER 83, O.S.L.1965, (43A O.S.SUPP.1965, § 446); AUTHOR-
IZING HOSPITALS AND THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL
HEALTH TO PURCHASE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT; MAKING PRO-
VISIONS SEVERABLE; REPEALING CONFLICTING LAWS; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Oklahoma:
SECTION 1. Section 1, Chapter 83, O.S.L.1965, (43A O.S.Supp.1965,
§ 446),' is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Authorization to purchase
Hospitals within the Department of Mental Health are hereby author-
ized to purchase ambulances, buses and fire fighting equipment, including
fire trucks, from funds available for the operating expenses of the institu-
tions.
SECTION 2. Severability
The provisions of this Act are severable and if any part or provision
hereof shall be held void the decision of the court so holding shall not
affect or impair any of the remaining parts or provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. Repealer
All laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
