APPROPRIATION-TREASURER, STATE
CHAPTER 71

AN ACT RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF THE STATE TREASURER
AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THERETO; PROVIDING THAT
THE STATE TREASURER SHALL FIX THE DUTIES AND COM-
PENSATION OF EMPLOYEES WITHIN CERTAIN LIMITATIONS;
PROVIDING FOR LAPSE DATE; REPEALING ALL ACTS OR
PARTS OF ACTS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Oklahoma:
SECTION 1. Appropriations
There is hereby appropriated to the Office of the State Treasurer,
from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury for the fiscal year
indicated, not otherwise appropriated, the following amounts or so much
thereof as may be necessary to perform the duties of the office of State
Treasurer, as prescribed by law.

SECTION 2. Employees-Duties and compensation 22
The State Treasurer shall appoint and fix the duties and compensation
of employees necessary to perform the duties imposed upon the State
Treasurer by law, payable from the appropriation made by Section 1 of
this act for the expenses of personal services, in accordance with the
following schedule.

LAWS THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE

SECTION 3.. Indemnity bonds and burglary alarm system
There is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Appropriation Fund
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1966, the sum of Twelve Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($12,500.00), or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary to pay the premiums on the indemnity bonds of the employees of the
office of State Treasurer and for premiums on burglary alarm system for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1968.
SECTION 4. Appropriations fiscal
The appropriations made by this act shall be subject to fiscal year
limitations and may be encumbered through June 30, 1968. Any funds
remaining at the end of ninety (90) days after the close of the fiscal year
shall lapse and be transferred to the credit of the General Revenue Fund
for the then current year.
SECTION 5. Repealer
All acts or parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this act are
hereby repealed.
