An Act relating to securities; amending 71 O.S.1961, § 204(b)
(6), authorizing administrator to fix fee for examination
given applicants for registration; and declaring an emer-
gency.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Oklahoma:
Section 1. 71 O.S.1961, § 204(b) (6), is hereby amended to read as
follows:
§ 204. Denial, revocation, suspension, cancellation, and withdrawal
of registration
(b) (6). The Administrator may by rule provide for an examination,
which may be written or oral or both, to be taken by any class of or all ap-
plicants, as well as persons who represent or will represent an investment
adviser in doing any of the acts which make him an investment adviser.
The Administrator may, in connection with any rule made pursuant to
this paragraph, require the payment of a reasonable fee, sufficient to defray
the expenses of the department in preparing, administering, scoring and
disseminating information concerning the examination, but such fee
shall not exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per person.
