ACTS OF THE ELEVENTH LEGISLATURE
E. G. Spilman.
AN ACT making appropriation to reimburse E. G Spllman, Librarian of the State Library.
and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
Appropriation.
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any money in
the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of Fifty-
six ($56.00) Dollars, to reimburse E. G. Spilman, Librarian for the
State Library, for amounts expended by him as follows: $25.00 for
premium on official bond for fiscal year ending June 30, 1926; $25.00
for premium on official bond for fiscal year ending June 30, 1927;
$3.00 for Post office box rent for fiscal year ending June 30, 1926,
and $3.00 for Post office box rent for fiscal year ending June 30,
1927; said sums having paid out by E. G. Spilman from his personal
earnings, and for necessities for his office.
Emergency.
Section 2. It being immediately necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby de-
clared to exist, by reason whereof this Act shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
