ACTS OF THE TWELFTH LEGISLATURE
District Court Fund, Pittsburg County.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the Board of County Commissioners of Pittsburg County,
Oklahoma. to  include in  its annual estimate, and  the Excise Board  of said  County
to make an extra annual levy in a sum equal to cne-half of one mill for a District
Court Fund to cover expenditures for jurors and witnesses, bailiffs and other expenses
of District Court, declaring the same not to be a current expense, repea.ing all Acts
and parts of Acts in conflict therewith, and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED WY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
District Court Fund-Annual Estimate-Levy of Tax.
Section 1. For the purpose of defraying the expenses of
juries, witnesses, bailiffs, office supplies, blank oooks, printing, fur-
niture, oftice equipment, sundry office expenses and court reporter sup-
plies in the district court, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitts-
burg County, Oklahoma is hereby authorized and it is made its
duty to include in its annual estimate of expenses of said county a
sum equal to one-half of one mill, and the Excise Board of said
county is hereby authorized and directed to make an annual levy
therefor, upon all property in said county subject to taxation upon
an ad valorem basis, of one-half of one mill per annum, which is
hereby declared not to be a current expense and to be for the spe-
cial purpose of and to be known as the District Court Fund, which
shall be in addition to the maximum levy for current expenses now
allowed by law. Provided, however, that said fund shall not be
used for any other purposes than those authorized in this Act.
Repealing Clause.
Section 2. All Acts or parts of Acts in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
