SENATE BILL NO. 416.
AN ACT authorizing Jewel Rubrecht to Institute and prosecute an Action against Oklahoma
County, Oklahoma, for the use and benefit of herself and her minor children for the al-
leged wrongful death of her said Husband R. L. Rubrecht; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
Jewel Rubrecht-Authority to Sue-Limitation on Recovery.
Section 1. That Jewel Rubrecht, the widow of R. L. Rubrecht,
who, during his lifetime, was in the employment of Oklahoma Coun-
ty, Oklahoma, and who, while in the line of duty sustained injuries
which resulted in his death, is hereby authorized and empowered to
institute and prosecute an action for damages against Oklahoma
County, Oklahoma, to recover for the death of her said husband, R.
L. Rubrecht. Such suit to be instituted and prosecuted in the name
of the said Jewel Rubrecht for the use and benefit of herself and
