APPROPRIATIONS AND RESOLUTIONS
SENATE BILL NO. 177.
AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to pay the salaries, mileage and expenses of the superin-
tendent and employees of the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation for the fiscal years
ending June 30, 1936, and June 30, 1937; and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:
Section 1. Bureau of Criminal Identification-Appropriation.
There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury, not
otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal years ending June 30, 1936, and June
30, 1937, the sum of Two Thousand Six Hundred ($2,600.00) Dollars, for the
purpose of paying the salaries, mileage and expenses of the Superintendent
and employees of the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation;
said fund to be in addition to the appropriations heretofore made and to be
spent and disbursed as is now provided by law.
