§3-12. Powers and Duties of State Board of Agriculture - Appointment of Advisors - Forms and Blanks.

(1) All power necessary to carry out the provisions of this subarticle shall be vested in the State Board of Agriculture. The Board may appoint five (5) persons who are nurserymen and who, without compensation, shall act as advisors in the formulation of standards as to grades of nursery stock and as to proper and adequate facilities for the handling of nursery stock.

(2) The Board shall prescribe forms of application, certification, agent's licensing, dealer's licensing, and such other forms and blanks as may be necessary to the carrying out of the provisions of this subarticle.
