Article 5. Marketing
§5-77. License of Sellers - Fee.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, except the producers thereof, to sell fruits or vegetables for resale with any grade or quality designation whatsoever, unless a license therefor has been issued by the State Board of Agriculture. An annual fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) shall be charged and collected for each such license, and such fee shall be deposited in the State Department of Agriculture Trust Fund, and such license shall expire on the 30th day of June next following its issuance.
