Article 6. Livestock Diseases
§6-153. Proof of Ownership to Accompany Shipments.

(a) In order to assist in the enforcement of this law and to aid in determining the point of origin of livestock transported within the State of Oklahoma, unless said livestock be accompanied by a health certificate, the same shall be accompanied by a bill of sale or acceptable proof of ownership of the livestock, which shall disclose the name of the owner, the name of the consignee, the point of origin, the point of destination, and a description of the livestock sufficient to identify them for any and all purposes.

(b) The importation requirements as provided in this subarticle are applicable to any livestock shipped into or transported within this state for exhibition purposes.
