§6-102. What Persons Are Exempt From License.

A nonresident who is sixteen (16) years of age or older who is properly licensed in his home state or country to operate a commercial or noncommercial motor vehicle and who has in his immediate possession a valid driver's license issued by his home state or country may operate a motor vehicle in this state as authorized by the class, restrictions and endorsements specified on the license.
