Sex Offenders Registration Act
§587. Penalty for Violations.

Any person required to register pursuant to the provisions of the Sex Offenders Registration Act, Sections 581 et seq. of this title, who violates any provision of said act shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by incarceration in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both such fine and imprisonment.
