§759. Maiming-Punishment
Every person guilty of maiming is punishable by imprisonment in the penitentiary not exceeding seven (7) years, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one (1) year, or by fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both such fine and imprisonment.
